1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Auto Emailer CRM ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Auto Emailer CRM provides email automation and customer relationship management tools. The Service allows you to:

  • Send automated email campaigns through your connected email account
  • Manage contacts, companies, and business relationships
  • Track email activity and interactions
  • Store and organize customer data

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account and password
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Send spam, unsolicited, or illegal emails
  • Violate any applicable anti-spam laws or regulations
  • Use the Service to send malicious content or phishing attempts
  • Harvest or collect email addresses without permission
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems

5. Email Sending Limitations

Email sending is subject to the limitations of your connected email provider (Gmail, Google Workspace, etc.). You are responsible for complying with your email provider's terms of service and sending limits. We implement rate limiting to help prevent service disruptions.

6. Data Ownership and Privacy

You retain all rights to your data, including contacts, email content, and campaigns. We do not claim ownership of your data. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, share, or distribute your data to third parties.

7. Google API Services User Data Policy

Auto Emailer CRM's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, Auto Emailer CRM:

  • Only requests the minimum Gmail API scopes necessary (gmail.send and userinfo.email)
  • Only uses Gmail data to send emails on your behalf as you explicitly request
  • Does not share Gmail data with third parties
  • Does not use Gmail data for advertising purposes
  • Stores OAuth tokens securely and encrypted, only using them to authenticate requests you initiate
  • Allows you to revoke access at any time through your account settings

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Auto Emailer CRM and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auto Emailer CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
