Yes! If your organization restricts OAuth access, you can use SMTP instead. Select "Company Email (SMTP)" in the emailer configuration and enter your SMTP server details. Your credentials are encrypted using AES-256 before storage.
Export your contacts from Google Sheets as a CSV file (File → Download → CSV), then go to CRM → Import Contacts and upload the file. The system requires email, phone, name, and company name columns at minimum but will import any additional custom fields.
Yes. All passwords and SMTP credentials are encrypted using AES-256 encryption. OAuth tokens are securely stored and encrypted. Row-level security policies ensure you can only access your own data. We do not share your data with any third parties.
The app only requests two minimal permissions: gmail.send (to send emails on your behalf) and userinfo.email (to display which account is connected). We do not read your inbox or access any existing emails.
You can disconnect your Gmail account at any time from the Email Campaigns section by clicking "Disconnect." You can also revoke access from your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Yes. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings. All data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
